Prelude joins the Smart Building Alliance
Created in 2012, the Smart Buildings Alliance (SBA) aims to support all players in the building and urban sectors in their digital transition, combined with the environmental transition to serve all users.
The ultimate objective of the SBA is to rethink the development of buildings, the territory and the city by integrating the digital dimension as much as possible.
Unique in its kind because of the cross-functionality and diversity of its 460 members, it now represents all the building and urban-related professions that it federates in the reflection and collaborative construction of innovative approaches and solutions for residential housing, intelligent and sustainable buildings and territories. To do this, it is organized around 3 pillars that structure its action: Smart Home, Smart Building, Smart City.
The SBA’s primary mission is to represent the ecosystem and promote the development of Smart Buildings. By federating the actors of this ecosystem and its networks of experts, the SBA enables the pooling of the skills and know-how of its members. It is a real source of proposals, publishing flagship repositories and promoting the use of interoperable solutions based on open standards. It also establishes the link between the different building lots, the integration of the building into the fabric of the Smart City, the services provided to its occupants and the enhancement of the assets induced by these innovations.
