Do you do the wiring ?
Prelude oversees the cabling but we are integrators and work with professional installers.

Prelude will return up to 6 months after receiving your installation, to make programming changes to your system at no charge if you wish.
How far can you shift ?
Prelude has offices in Belgium, Luxembourg and France. We work on international construction sites.
I already have a home automation installation, but I would like to adapt it, is it possible ?
It all depends on the system already installed. If it is KNX, no problem, it is compatible with everything that exists today. If it is a Legrand-bTicino or Niko system, it depends on the version of the system. For other systems, it is often possible to adapt them with the help of "gateways" that link a specific system to the most widely used standard: KNX.
I don’t have the possibility to run cables, but I would like to have home automation switches, what can I do ?
Install the new technology, EnOcean, wireless without battery, compatible with KNX.

What guarantee do I have that everything works after Prelude leaves ?
First of all: we will never be far away! In fact, there is a two-year warranty on all products. We never install a centralized system, we prefer a so-called "bus" system, which ensures that the damage to one component does not cause any other malfunction than that of the component and therefore does not affect the rest of the system. And, the choice of a standard like KNX, ensures that a component can be replaced by another one without any difficulty, whether it is of the same brand or of another brand.
