Confronted with reduced mobility, we thought together about the development of the automatisms of our client’s house. All the installed techniques are managed via her smartphone. From the device, it is possible to open the doors and windows, activate the multimedia system in the different rooms of the house, launch the different scenarios as well as control the heating and the hot water of the sanitary facilities.
Regarding the automatisms, the blinds open and close according to the outside and inside temperature to avoid overheating or absorb the outside heat. The roof windows are linked to the ventilation in order to air and renew the air in the residence.
