New public infrastructures focus on monitoring the level of electricity consumption and, more generally, the carbon footprint of the building has increased.
It is in this context that Prelude intervened on the project in order to install a lighting management system that is both practical and economical. The constant regulation of the lighting of these hundreds of offices according to the orientation of the premises and the external luminosity was implemented, as well as the automatic extinction of the corridors with the help of presence detectors.
What makes the difference from a simple management system is that each zone can be controlled by the security station and the janitorial staff. The rooms can be switched off when the building is alarmed, the lighting thresholds in the halls can be lowered after a certain time: everything has been designed to consume as little energy as possible. Finally, dozens of meters allow for the control of the electrical energy consumed so that the client can see for himself the consumption of his building and the gains made.
