Prelude modernizes the University of Mons

Prelude offered its services to the administrative staff of the University of Mons, providing its expertise in the fields of lighting management, camera monitoring, and access control. Satisfied, the university has informed us about 3 other sites!

The Prelude team went to the heart of the city of Mons for a university renovation project. Most of the work was done in the chapel and in part of the university library. This project was a real challenge due to the age of the building and the architectural particularities of the chapel.

Our integrators installed an anti-intrusion and a CCTV in the chapel and the library. We enhanced the security system with a complete access control system integrated into the various university buildings.

From now on, it will be possible for the UMons administrative services to manage all the lighting and shutters thanks to the KNX technology installed. The audio system of the library has also been revised and thanks to 3 microphones placed on desks, it can be controlled remotely. A multimedia player with DAB+ radio and Bluetooth has also been installed.
