Reconditioning of a mansion in Liége

This client contacted us to automate a site that included a “Happy Family” store, a restaurant, offices, and an apartment.

We integrated the lighting, shutters, and blinds system separately in order to have a visualization from a smartphone, a tablet, or a computer of each entity of this complex. To save as much energy as possible, sensors were placed in the common areas and switch on the lighting when needed. To achieve maximum security, we linked the alarm to the other techniques in the system. The client has access to the anti-intrusion system in all areas of the complex. Thanks to his connection to the system, he can arm or disarm it remotely from his smartphone.
