Renovation of la Cité de l’Espoir

Prelude designed and implemented several techniques during the renovation of this building.

We integrated videophony and IP telephony to allow people to see who is standing in front of the door and to open it or not. The door opens via an IP web relay for added security. Concerning the heating, everything is managed by KNX actuators, temperature sensors and a control screen. The latter allows managing the set temperatures according to the different schedules. We have set up a visualization for smartphones. However, not all users have full access because codes preserve certain accesses.
