The headquartes of the Christian Mutuality

For its new project, the Christian Mutual benefited from the cooperation between the construction and special technology companies.

The flexibility and scalability of the building were considered. Numerous home automation applications have been integrated, either directly via the KNX world standard or via gateways with this standard: lighting management (ON/OFF, Dali, DMX), regulation of the HVAC system zone by zone, anti-intrusion system (reporting of door and window contacts, switching on of lighting zones where there is detection), access control and building surveillance. Thus, the building and its users are automatically protected. Prelude’s goal is to provide companies and individuals with an integrated solution of building technologies in order to significantly increase the security and comfort of users and to reduce energy consumption by promoting the implementation of automated and simplified control systems.
